Term 1 · 31 Aug – 29 Jan
Coached strength, conditioning, spin and mobility — on the HKIS Tai Tam campus, capped at small numbers, open to the whole community.
Next up Term 1 runs 31 August 2026 – 29 January 2027.
Reserve a placeThe Tai Tam advantage
Named for the year HKIS first opened its doors, Club 66 brings structured, coach-led training to the campus where it started. Parents, faculty, alumni and students all train here — in the Fitness Centre, the Spin Room and the Functional Movement Room.
Every class is capped so the coaching is real. There is no joining fee and no lock-in: you buy credits, you book what suits your week, and you train.
Term 1 · 31 August 2026 – 29 January 2027
Everything Club 66 runs, in one grid. Adult and staff classes are booked with credits through Glofox; student classes are allocated through the HKIS after-school activities programme.
What we run
Five class types across three rooms. Mix them however you like — credits work on all of them.
Open to all
Progressive barbell and dumbbell strength work. Coached technique, sensible loading, a programme that actually builds over the term.
Open to all
Conditioning built around intervals — sled, bike, carries and bodyweight. Hard, scalable, and over in an hour.
Open to all
Forty-five minutes on the bike with music, structure and a coach calling the efforts. Four slots a week so it fits round pickup.
Open to all
Striking mechanics, pad work and midline strength. No sparring, no experience needed — conditioning with a martial-arts spine.
HKIS staff · free
A short, focused reset for hips, shoulders and spine at the end of the teaching day. Thirty minutes, no kit needed, no credits spent.
Students · Grades 7–12
Intro to Strength for Middle School, Primal Strength Training for High School, and a dedicated student Spin class — coached to the same standard, pitched to the age group.
How it works
One credit books one class — any class, any day. No membership, no joining fee, no committing to a fixed slot for eighteen weeks.

Every adult class costs a single credit — Strength, Energy Systems, Spin and Combat Conditioning alike.
Credits expire six months from purchase, so a pack comfortably covers Term 1 and rolls into Term 2.
Monday's Build to Move session for HKIS staff costs nothing and uses no credits. Just turn up.
Student classes are allocated through HKIS after-school activities, not through Glofox credits.
Questions
No. Every class is built to be scaled, and your coach will adjust the loading and the movements to match where you are. The only real requirement is turning up.
Club 66 is for the HKIS community — parents, faculty and staff, alumni and students. Adult classes are open to everyone in that community; a few sessions are set aside specifically for HKIS staff, and those are marked on the timetable.
Buy a credit pack through Glofox, then book individual classes in the same place — web portal or the Glofox app. Classes are capped, so booking ahead matters, especially for Spin.
Cancel in Glofox and the credit returns to your account. Please cancel early enough for someone on the waiting list to take the spot.
Club 66 follows the HKIS calendar. In Term 1 there are no classes on 1–2 October, 19–23 October (Fall Break), 26–27 November, or from 14 December to 1 January (Winter Break).
Yes — a drop-in is HK$225 for a single session. Email us and we'll get you into the class and invoice you afterwards.
Training clothes, indoor trainers, a water bottle and a towel. All equipment is provided. For Spin, cycling shoes are optional but nice to have — the bikes take standard cages too.
Student classes are allocated through the HKIS after-school activities programme rather than through Glofox. See the student programmes page for what's running.
